By using our Make.com application and the LlamaParse API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Our Make.com application provides document processing services by integrating with the LlamaParse API. We process your uploaded documents and return the extracted data in your preferred format.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Make.com account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the LlamaParse API for document processing. As third-party developers, we are not responsible for any issues that may occur due to the usage of LlamaParse's services. Please refer to LlamaParse's terms and privacy policy for more information.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services through Make.com.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
